World Resources Institute
CONTEXT
Kyle had the privilege of working with the World Resources Institute (WRI) on a compelling stills photography project that highlighted five global cities in the running for a prestigious sustainability award. The project focused on cities that had implemented innovative sustainability initiatives, transforming their urban environments and improving the quality of life for their residents.
APPROACH
The cities—Medellín, Colombia; Dar es Salaam, Tanzania; Eskişehir, Turkey; Pune, India; and Durban, South Africa—were each featured in the campaign, with Kyle's photography capturing the heart of their sustainability projects. From green infrastructure and public transportation systems to community gardens and renewable energy efforts, I documented the efforts of these cities to create more sustainable and livable environments.
RESULTS
Working closely with the WRI marketing team, the images from this project were used across digital and print platforms to raise awareness about the importance of urban sustainability and the global impact of these initiatives. This collaboration showcases Kyle's expertise using photography to tell powerful stories of social change and environmental progress.
